accident,
error or default of Mount Washington Alpine Resort;
or 2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle,
equipment,
instrument owned,
operated,
or otherwise by Mount Washington Alpine Resort.
The Ski Bus cannot be held responsible for costs,
losses,
injury,
damages or other liabilities associated with any act of terrorism,
war,
strikes,
accident,
weather or any Act of God.
The Ski Bus is not responsible for the loss or damage of any equipment,
baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in its transportation services.
Bus passengers travel,
ski,
and/or snowboard at their own risk.
Individual travellers are responsible for purchasing an insurance policy,
if desired,
that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
The Ski Bus reserves the right to refuse,
accept,
or retain the service of any person.
By boarding any Ski Bus,
the traveler accepts these terms.
