• Name of your charter party group
• Group Leader Name
• Two phone numbers (if possible)
• Address (city, province, postal code)
• Date of the trip(s)
• How many buses are needed (our buses seat 47 passengers)
• The pickup point
• Your destination
• Date and time of departure to destination
• Approximately what time you’d like to arrive back to the point of origin
• An itinerary is very helpful for receiving an accurate quote
• Please be sure to choose a place that is convenient for clients to park and our drivers to get to.
